Junk food has never been good for us but especially for pregnant womens, but we eat it as a source of comfort every so often and not think of the healthy food.

So when you’re eating it, you’re just filling yourself up because of its tastes and not providing nutrients to you or your baby. 4. Stay Clear Of Smoking.
As a pregnant mother, you should be careful and make sure you stay far away from smoking. This means you shouldn’t smoke yourself when you are pregnant, or be near anyone do smoke. If your family members smoke, make sure they do not do this especially in case of near the pregnant women. The smoke can not only harm you but harm the baby inside too. Being stressed when pregnant is normal but not good as over stressed. After all, you are carrying around another human being inside of you.
So some cases stress is natural, but you must avoid any extra stress. Try not to get overstressed in your life. Working is a main source of stress for some, so try not to work too hard and stay calm when you’re at work. It might be better to talk to your bosses in the offices and see if you can work part-time during pregnancy.
