Rachel Rickert, 27, has filed a complaint against Hyundai, claims a right she was “Shamed” by the company.
She said she was REPRESENTING Firm in the car at the New York International Auto Show in April when she had to rush to the lavatory to change her tampon.
She then asked for a new uniform but was Told to Go Home Because of her “period situation,” she said.

“You’re not a robot. You have to use the bathroom Especially When You’re on your period.
“They just act like we’re not human. I’m not going to be ASHAMED of Shamed Or Having my period. ”
She had expected to make around $ 5,000 for his work at the show.
Seifred Erika, her talent rep That Told her she was being dismissed “Because Hyundai heard about Ms. Rickert Charge having her menstrual cycle and they did not want Ms. Rickert REPRESENTING the company anymore,” According to a US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Reported complaint by the Post.
The EEOC complaint is reportedly against Hyundai and Ms. Seifred Firm’s Management, Experiential talent.
There was no comment from Mr Seifred.
Mark Shirian, Rickert’s lawyer, said: “Discrimination of any kind, Especially Because of a menstrual cycle, should not be tolerated.”
Hyundai Motor America said it was investigation the allegations.
“We take any complaint seriously and will respond like this Appropriately Once we have a chance to INVESTIGATE the merits of the Claim,” a Spokesman for the company said.
Hyundai Motor America Told the BBC That it had not yet Received an EEOC filing.
