ingredients

½ kg of chicken breast (cut into strips)

1 tbsp Garlic Ginger-paste

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Chili Sauce

1 tbsp Chicken Powder

1 tbsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Chili Powder

2 Eggs (beaten)

Salt to taste

Flour as required

Bread crumbs as required

Oil for frying

Method

Marinas The chicken strips by Means of Using all the above ingredients EXCEPT eggs, flour and crumbs. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Coat the strips first in the flour, then dip in the egg and cover with crumbs.

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the strips is a medium flame Until they expect to receive Golden in color. Serve with your favorite dipping.
