e was “America’s dad” – a hero for millions, who was the first African American to portrays a normal family Existence. He was a multimillionaire household name, with three palatial homes across the United States and the world at his feet.
But Bill Cosby is now on trial for sexually assault, and his reputation lies in Tattersall. Almost 60 women have come forward to accuse the 78-year-old of drugging and raping them, over a 50-year span. He has denied all charges.
This trial, in Norristown, on the outskirts of Philadelphia, will likely be the only one the former showman will face – all the other accusers have found That for their allegations were in the too distant past, and have fallen out of the Statute of limitations.
And so all eyes are on Cosby, and is his accuser, Andrea Consta.
Who is Andrea Consta?
Consta Andrea, now 45, was a basketball coach at Temple University in Philadelphia – where Cosby was on the Board of Trustees and studies, but never completed his degree.
Standing six foot tall, she grew up in Toronto and was a star player at the University Before going on to play professionally in Sicily for a year.
In 2001 she becames Director of Operations for the womens’ basketball team at Temple University. A year later, she met Bill Cosby.
The pair becames friends; she said in court documents That she saw him as a mentor. She was gay, though she never discussed with That Directly Cosby, she said.
What Went Wrong?
Cosby Admitted That he found the redhead with masses of curly hair attractive.
He made passes at her twice During meetings at her home, she said, one time unbuttoning her trousers. Both times she brushed him off, she said.

So if it was Settle, why is not Before a court?

The floodgates opened, and scores of women Began coming forward to say they were raped or sexually assaulted by Cosby Otherwise.
